Custom or OEM Systems

The Aeris Pump and Metering Engine can be integrated into virtually any OEM system that requires accurate delivery and metering with outmost precision and cleanliness. It is as robust, maintenance free, and cost effective as all the Aeris Precision systems. There is a wide range of Aeris Engine capacities: from ml/min to gal/min flow rates and pumping chamber volumes from milliliters to gallons. The AerisSoft control software can communicate with any system on any protocol: RS-232, RS-485, CANopen, Ethernet, TCP/IP, 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA, 0-1 VDC, 0-10 VDC, among others. GEMS/ SECS II is also available as an option for seamless integration of the chemical delivery system into factory automation packages.

From our compact, but powerful, benchtop unit (pictured on the left) to 55 gal drum systems (pictured below), MATECH can configure a system that meets your chemical delivery and metering needs to day and in the future. As your needs change or grow, the Aeris system will grow with you. Any delivery until can be added and seamlessly integrated in the field. The delivery units are not only field upgradeable, but also able to be mixed: you can have a control console deliver and meter from a combination of drums, carboys, bottles, or any other size your fab or facility calls for.
