Materials and Technologies, Corp. (MATECH)  has been developing innovative products, precision chemical delivery systems and wet etching tools for the microfabrication, microelectronics, optoelectronics, optics, pharmaceutical, and MEMS communities for 28 years. During this time it has become known for its leadership and innovation in the fields of aircrew life support systems, precision chemical delivery,  single-sided wet etching, advanced materials, and semiconductor processing. MATECH has been very successful with its family of Aeris Precision Chemical Delivery systems--which have virtually no moving parts--and its WaveEtch Single Sided Wet Etching tools--which etch or thin only one side of the wafer without requiring protection of the other side. MATECH is also known for its commitment to its clients and  its continued effort in providing its customers with innovative solutions, in aircrew life support, chemical handling, metering, and advanced chemical process.
